Acceptance
By using BGZaply you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Use of the Service
The Service is provided free of charge. You may not use it for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have rights to.
How each tool processes your content
Background removal runs locally on your device; those images are not sent to us or to any third party.
The AI Logo Generator and the AI Object Remover work differently. The brand details you enter into the Logo Generator, and the photos and selection masks you submit to the Object Remover, are sent securely to our configured cloud AI provider (currently OpenAI) so the requested operation can be completed, and the generated result is returned to your browser.
Storage and retention
BGZaply does not store your images, logo results or generated files in its application database. For fair-use limits we store only an irreversible hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent, together with a timestamp of each successful generation. Content sent to the cloud AI provider is handled under that provider's own retention and abuse-monitoring policies, which we do not control and cannot guarantee to be immediate deletion.
Usage limits
Cloud-based tools are subject to a fair-use limit per device per 24 hours. We may change or remove these limits at any time.
Ownership of your content
You retain ownership of the images you process and of the results you download, subject to the rights you hold in the source material.

Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
