This Privacy Policy explains what information BGZaply (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Background remover
Background removal happens entirely on your own device. We do not upload, store, or process those images on our servers.
AI Logo Generator
When you use the AI Logo Generator, the brand details you enter (business name, slogan, industry, style, colours and symbol idea) are sent to OpenAI so the logo symbol can be generated.
AI Object Remover
Photos and selection masks submitted to the AI Object Remover are sent securely to OpenAI for processing. BGZaply does not save them in its application database; OpenAI handles them under its own retention and abuse-monitoring policies.
Fair-use data
For the cloud tools we store an irreversible hash derived from your IP address and browser user agent, plus a timestamp, purely to enforce daily usage limits.
Analytics
We may collect anonymous, aggregated usage statistics (page views, browser type, country) to understand which features are useful. This data cannot be used to identify you.
